Manuscript Submissions
ZLS Publishing is a hybrid book publishing company. This means we do Traditional Publishing, Self-Publishing and Print-Only with Distribution. We are very selective in the authors in which we choose for both our Self-Publishing and Traditional Publishing lines. We have to be, as our clients and our company, enjoy success in part to us sticking by our motto of creating better. We carefully review each submission and will contact you with our response. In the event that we deny your request to be one of our authors, we will provide you with a detailed explanation as to why we are denying your request. We believe it’s only fair to be honest with you as opposed to sending you a generic response.

Traditional Publishing:
Currently, we are accepting manuscript submissions for our Traditional Publishing lines. To submit your project for consideration, send your first three chapters as well as complete our author self-questionnaire, (see our forms page) and mail it to the address below:

What will be required if accepted:
A thorough marketing plan and proposal that includes all current and future promotion plans with a rough timeline, your vision for the future of your publishing career, the marketing budget designated for the project(s) you’re submitting, and any available marketing materials will be REQUIRED IF your book project is accepted. This policy goes for both Traditional and Self-Publishing authors.
PLEASE NOTE: Submission does not guarantee acceptance into ZLS Publishing LLC or any of its divisions (“ZLS”). In the event that you do submit any remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, data, names, text, addresses, phone information or other information or materials (collectively, “Submission Materials”), you agree that all Submission Materials shall become the sole property of ZLS and will not be returned. Submission Materials will be used for review purposes only to determine whether your project will be accepted by ZLS. After ZLS performs its review of the Submission Materials, the Submission Materials may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of at ZLS’s sole discretion. ZLS will not treat any Submission Materials as confidential or proprietary and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in other books published by ZLS.
If you are accepted, you will be required to adhere to certain book marketing guidelines. We will work with you to market your books but in cohesion with you. If you have a problem marketing your own books, please look elsewhere for your book publishing needs.
