ZLS Publishing is an Independent Publisher. This means we are not owned or operated by any of the “Big Five.”
Our specialties include children’s books, sci-fi/paranormal, political books, horror and murder mystery books. These specialties fall under the Traditional Publishing arm, which means there is no cost to the author to have their book developed and published. We also have a print-only imprint and a self- publishing imprint. Please see below the breakdown of our divisions.
Note: We DO NOT publish Personal Memoirs a.k.a. life stories, in any of our divisions or imprints. If you need a referral for either one of these genres, please let us know and we will be glad to provide you with publishers who do these genres. As the only book publishing company located in Albany, NY., our publishing model caters to the different types of book publishing but not all the genres of book publishing.

—Traditional Publishing—
Children’s Publishing:
ZLS Publishing’s Children’s Publishing division is comprised of the following imprint: ZKIDS. This imprint includes the Roy G. Biv’s Big Day series, and Mickey J, What Do You Say series. Each series carries 12 book each in them. This imprint also includes the book, “Our Star Is Shining Bright,” written and illustrated by the students at Albany Community Charter School.
Politics:
ZLS Publishing Political Publishing division is comprised of the following imprint: ZTRUTH. This imprint includes the book by Channel 13 newscaster Dan Bazile’s book, “Too Close To Call.”
Sci-Fi/Paranormal:
ZLS Publishing Sci-Fi/Paranomal Publishing division is comprised of the following imprint: ZCREEP. This imprint includes, An Altered Journey by Roberta DeCaprio.
Murder/Mystery:
ZLS Publishing Murder/Mystery Publishing division is comprised of the following imprint:ZSHOCK.

Print-Only:
Our print-only imprint is only for those authors who have their book ready and set to go and just need printing and online distribution help. These authors usually have their own ISBN numbers.
Self-Publishing:
Our self-publishing imprint is for authors who want to self-publish their books and want online distribution for their books. This division publishes fashion books, self-help books and business books. We do not self-publish poetry books.
